The 3 Comma Capital SCR incubator was supported by the «Vales para Incubadoras e Aceleradoras» measure that integrates investment 02 - Digital Transition of Companies of component 16 - Companies 4.0 of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR).
Knowing that incubators/accelerators have an important role in raising the level of success of startups and that startups are increasingly relying on digital for their models, services, and products, it is important to invest in increasing resources and investing in the training of technicians and directors of these structures, as well as in its digital transition.
In this way, the implementation of the Vouchers for Incubators and Accelerators measure includes a total allocation of 20 million euros. It seeks to create conditions so that incubators and accelerators can invest in their development, particularly technology, have more resources at their disposal, and be more up to date in their knowledge and capabilities, namely in supporting startups with business models based on digital. IAPMEI is the intermediate beneficiary of this measure, with Startup Portugal being responsible for its management.
